As the festive season in India approaches, customers flood shops and online stores, looking to avail the discounts offered and buy products at lower prices. If brands do not anticipate this holiday rush and create enough inventory, they could miss out on key revenue and sales.
A large mom and baby D2C brand needed to replicate inventory across multiple locations to maximise sales during the festive season, but realised that most marketplace warehouses were refusing appointments due to capacity constraints.
They believed if they could replicate their inventory across Emiza warehouse locations and get ‘Marketplace Assured’ tags, it would enable them to maximise sales.

We helped our client prepare and dispatch the required SKUs from our mother warehouse to four new locations in a week’s time.
With the strength of our relationships with the marketplace, we were able to facilitate the required audits in time for the sale and get the new locations added to the client’s network.

As a result, the locations were ready and the inventory went live in time for the festive season. Our client was able to capitalise on the festive season and their sales grew 2.5 times during this period.
What’s next ?
With the successful rollout of the marketplace model across new locations, our client plans to use our warehouse to replicate inventory for their website orders as well. With the increase in inventory, they aspire to become a household brand, and scale their business to newer heights. We can’t help but be proud of what we have achieved together.
